Vegetarians and Plant-Based Vitamin B12

Vegetarians need to be thoroughly educated about nutrition. You can't get everything from plant-based foods...specifically, vitamin B-12. I was a vegetarian for about 30 years and paid little attention to whether my diet was adequate. I now have some damage to my optic nerve probably from anemia.
